Only wear very natural looking colors, 13 year old girls still have great skin and don't need all the cover up, blush, eye liner, etc.

im 13 and I wear eyeshadow, eyeliner, cover up, mascara, and blush. I Think that its ok to wear makeup as long as it looks reasonable and not too flashy.
When your 13 years of age, you don't need much. I would just say put a light sweep of a light shimmery color on your lids, and put on a blush color that is very close to your own coloring.
I wore makeup when I was 13. I started on my thirteenth birthday wearing it everyday. I had a thin blue eyeliner and some light eyeshadow and mascara. Don't over-do it and you'll be fine. :)
Yes, just don't go overboard, do light, natural make up and don't go crazy with the blush, don't wanna look like a doll.
Honey all you need to do is wear it with pride! You will get better with practice and after all it is only makeup so it washes right off!
light natural eyeshadow ok blush not ok. Start wearing that when your 15 or 16. You shouldn't need it if you don't need to wear powder and stuff like that.

Lets see a picture. But its hard to say. Make sure it doesnt look harsh and only enhances your eye color and makes them pop! I'd say your great!
idk about blush but as for eyeshadow as long as u wear neutrals and not dramatic stuff like smokey eye and all that ur good...that's the age i started wearing makeup but i wore neutrals and light pinks :)
