I am going to a college ball. I am wearing a blue dress, silver shoes. what eyeshadow & blush should i wear?

Whatever base color you decide on for your eyes you can get really nice silver eyeshadow/glitter and put a tiny bit on.
Since you are wearing a dark dress, lighten your eyes. A thin layer of eyeliner and a light shade of silver or gold should work just fine! Make sure to wear gloss! Remember that less is more when it comes to makeup!
The Body Shop do these eyeshadow cubes (拢14) pricey but really really good! there's a blue one and a silver one, use a mix of both. they are shimmery and very pretty.


Maybelline do a really good blush
simple u can wear an eyeshadow depending on the color of the dress and blue is the uniform adn best color eyeshadow that there is and can be worn on anything.. as for the ball u say..


well take a blue eyeshadow which can be light or dark, with glitter since it is a ball and u have silver in the dress.. :D so that will work and both shades.. wear one that matches the dress though..


and the blush because u have a brown skin i would suggest that you wear a lil dark pink shades and do NOT go for browns.. :D there u go..
for your eye make-up try getting smoky eyes. it would look really good with a blue dress. and for blush keep it a simple,natural color like light pink or beige or a neutral color b/c the smoky eyes will already be a big effect and you wouldnt want to look trashy or look overdone. and same with your lips keep it like a nude shiny color. if u do that i bet you would look sooo preety!
u should go with a lite blue eyeshadow with a little bit of shimmer white but dont look to gordy





and for the blush just put on foundation
I would do a creme color base, brown highlight, blue accent on the eye, where your normal blush.
