I need an eyeshadow and blush refill?

I'm amost out of my favortie blush and eyeshadow and I'd like the same colors. They are in a kit of 16 eyeshadow and 3 blush colors. I only use the last four eyeshadow and first blush. It's from the company The Color Workshop and the number on the bottom of the kit is 047200. I'd really like to get the same colors again, I use them everyday. If its a kit then I don't think you can get single refills. You'd have to buy the whole kit again to get the colors. I've never seen the eyeshadows from the kits from walmart, target sell separately. Sorry I couldn't be much help!
