You can ware frosted blush with acne, but make sure it does not contain mineral oil or wax. Try Aloette Simply Clear to get rid of the acne. Good luck.

I would suggest only mineral makeup since you have acne prone skin, the zinc and titanium oxide actually heal and soothe your skin, but nothing with bismuth as that can actually aggravate acne more (bare minerals and sheer cover both contain bismuth)

dont do it go for a more matte color :)
quite frankly, i wouldnt suggest wearing makeup at all. it just clogs up your pores and makes your acne worse. trust me....been there, done that.......
shimmer will highlight your acne and u sure don't want that, i would rcommend a matte pink powder blush, it looks great on everyone and will actually help minimize oil on your face, trust me, i had horrible acne once, also don't use concealer on pimples because it will make pimples stand out since concealer is lighter than your natural skin tone, use a thick, oil free foundation to cover any blemishes, then top with powder, good luck, and stay away from cream anything, it will make u break out
